One thing that stood out to us during our El Royale Casino review are their live dealer table stakes. You can play these games for much higher limits than their digital table games. El Royale is a complete scam. After sending in required documents for verification to withdraw winnings, they sold my credit card information to scanners in China. At the same exact moment I attempted to deposit a second amount on the website, three separate charges of over $500 were also billed to my bank card. Luckily, my bank caught the fraudulent activity and I immediately canceled my card.

One more note about my withdrawal. After supplying all necessary documents and receiving approval that everything is finally in, I have now been told they will only release $300 of my $1600 requested amount. They sent me a list of reasons why they would only release that amount. The list was a generic list that covers possible reasons. This includes your credit score. Needless to say, I have an almost perfect credit score so I’m not sure where this comes from. They will nickle and dime me now to get the remainder of my requested withdrawal.
Terrible customer service replies to withdrawal system. When submitting documents for withdrawals (and, yes, you must submit documentation for EACH time you withdraw), it takes at least 3-4 business days to get any type of reply. And when you have satisfactorily submitted all documentation correctly, they send an email asking if everything is correct and if you reply immediately in the affirmative, it takes at least 3-4 business days to receive final approval to withdraw. It took me over 3 weeks to finalize my withdrawal.
Don’t waste your money. You need to give a DNA sample to remove your money but you can give them your money in 2 seconds . Never received my bonus . Tried to withdraw for 2.5 weeks .. finally I said F it and just blew it all so I could be done with it .

I don’t know the regulating agency that is in charge of this, but the casino doesn’t pay. I requested 2000 cash out and they only approved 1000. At the time, I have 10000 in the account.
