Nearly all of Red Dog Casino’s slot selection is available on their mobile app. Here are a few examples of slots that we found during our Red Dog Casino app review.

The first thing you’ll notice is that they don’t have any branded slot machines, such as slots based on movies like Bridesmaids, comic books like Hellboy, and old stories like Sherlock Holmes.

These slots are fun to play because they give you the best of two worlds, slots and a topic or piece of media you enjoy.

While we would’ve have loved to play some branded slots, we were okay playing slots revolving around other themes like fairytales, zombies, monsters, animals, and more.

Another upside is the progressive jackpot slot machines you can play. These are slots in which a piece of every qualifying bet you make is added to a jackpot. If you hit the right combo, you’ll win the jackpot.

The most notable progressive jackpot you can play on the Red Dog mobile casino app is Aztec’s Millions. This had a jackpot worth $3.8 million during our last visit.

That’s not the only progressive jackpot slot either. You can also try to win the $900k jackpot on Megasaur or the $300k jackpot on Spirit of the Inca.

We’re barely scraping the surface here. The point we want to make, though, is that the slot machines on the Red Dog mobile app are worth checking out.

Were you expecting more games? We were, too! Having only three table games when you can play far more video poker games on your mobile device is lunacy. They must be leaving some money on the table. We checked on the Red Dog Casino iPhone app AND the Red Dog Casino Android app to see if this was just an issue with one particular device, but it wasn’t.

They have plenty of table games in their desktop casino, too. You can see them all in our main Red Dog Casino review. But this is what they have on mobile for now, which is why we said earlier that this section is the most disappointing aspect of their real money casino app.

While the table game selection at Red Dog Casino is disappointing, the bright side is that they have a live dealer casino for the mobile app. Here are the live casino games we spotted during our Red Dog Casino app review.

We’ve seen bigger selections of live dealer games at other apps from US online casinos. We’ll list a few of them at the end of this review in case you want to check them out.

The good news is that you’ll find table games here that aren’t in the animated casino, namely roulette and baccarat. And you can play for much high stakes than you can in the animated casino.

Awesome, right?

Our only complaint is that you can’t find a live blackjack game for less than $10 per hand. But it’d be great to have at least one game where you can play for $5 a hand.

That’s the extent of our complaints, though.

The bottom line Is, there’s little to complain about here seeing as how their live casino games supplement their animated casino. Between that and their higher limits, we see no reason not to play live casino games for real money on the Red Dog app.

You’ll notice that most of these games are video poker machines. We think this is awesome because video poker has a low house edge. But it’s not for everyone.

If you want to gamble, you can play the European Roulette game, which is usually found in the table game section (and strengthens that section just a tiny bit more).

You’ll also find real money keno and scratch/arcade games on the Red Dog Casino app which, when you look at their real money app as a whole, means that there is something for everyone to play here.

We think that Red Dog has done a solid job with their mobile app. It’s not perfect by any means. Their table game section is a perfect example of why. But no mobile app is. We had a great time playing games on their mobile app, and we think you will, too.
